CastleTrivia is a trivia game and a short horror story.
You are an adventurer trapped and dying inside a castle full of monsters. Your only chance to survive is to earn the trust of Qin-Qin, a fellow adventurer who has an encyclopedic understanding of vampires.
Will your mastery of vampire myths save you?
This game was made for the GameDev.tv Game Jam 2022.

When in doubt, feel free to google the answers. The questions are designed to be vague, silly, or difficult.
😥 Browser Issues
- Firefox users should be okay and playing in fullscreen mode is recommended.
- If your browser won't let you enter the castle, please download one of the available packages that will work for your OS.

The next planned update will fix some typos and be fully browser-based.

In my Chrome Browser I get;
Error: Uncaught RangeError: Maximum call stack size exceeded (see JavaScript console for details)
This is a known issue in Safari and Webkit browsers. Please report this issue to Apple.
Sorry for the inconvenience! I've read this error is currently an issue that some visual novels have with Chrome and Safari browsers. I'm looking for a way to fix what I can on my end.
If you wish, you can download the game and play it on your PC, Mac, or Linux system instead of through Chrome.

Yes, sadly, many visual novels have been having issues with java through certain browsers especially when they use renpy. Any game using renpy has issues with browser sadly. Renpy needs to fix it on their end. but anyways great game.
